Welcome to Picture Bueno. We are committed to providing professional photography services with transparency, creativity, and respect for your privacy and image rights. By booking with us or using our services, you agree to the following policies:
1. Privacy & Client Information
We value your privacy. Any personal information you provide (name, email, phone, address, etc.) is collected solely for communication, session coordination, and delivery of services.

All client data is stored securely and used only for business purposes.

2. Image Rights & Usage
All photographs taken by Picture Bueno are protected under Canadian copyright law.
We retain full copyright ownership of all images.
Clients receive a license to use the final images for:

Personal or business promotion (e.g., social media, websites, marketing)
Not permitted:

Selling or redistributing images

Transferring image rights to third parties

Using images in contexts that could harm the photographer’s or client’s reputation
3. Model Release
We may showcase selected client images in our:

Online portfolio (website, social media)

Marketing materials (brochures, ads, reels)

Submissions to publications or industry features

4. Service & Session Policy

All bookings are subject to availability.

Rescheduling is allowed with reasonable notice and based on availability.

In the rare case of a photographer emergency, we will communicate promptly and provide an alternate solution or refund if necessary.
For full session terms (retainers, cancellations, edits, etc.), please refer to the signed agreement provided at booking.
5. Digital File Handling

Final images are delivered in high-resolution digital format.

Online galleries are accessible for a limited time (typically 7 days).

Images are archived for up to 12 months unless otherwise noted.

RAW/unedited files are not included in deliveries.
